I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I can't make that for you:
1. It's too difficult for me. Maybe someone else can,but I can't.
2. Lugia is a legendary Pokemon,and only staff members can request legendary Pokemon.

Maybe in the future everyone can request Legendary Pokemon,but for now...no.

I used this background because the other hills background doesn't fit with Dialga.
