This card is being called "bad emboar" around here, just to differentiate it from the emboar with the ability. However, people actually do run this alongside the ability emboar because it does do 150 damage and the energy can be dropped while the ability emboar is on the bench. This enables it to one-shot every single pokemon in the format, except one (tyranitar prime, if you're curious). Four retreat cost isn't really a big deal for an emboar deck, after attaching the four energy with the other emboar and discarding to retreat, you basically set up the use of a fisherman to recycle those energy and attack with the next pokemon. The main draw back of this card is that it is PERFECT for zoroark revenge kill. Flare blitz does 150 damage, emboar has 150 HP... zoroark will foul play that for the one hit knock-out. It's actually super useful for the rest of us that don't play emboar. Art is meh, nothing life-changing.
9/10

That emboar would be very good for my deck and it has also got good hp and attack and not much energy needed.
9/10 (Haven't got black and white cards yet but still their good).
