    people do tend to under estimate staraptor. anyway, looks pretty good overall. be wary of bolt-beamers, obviously walling them with cressy and blissey, cause otherwise as you may have seen, 3/6 are bolt-beamphobic. nice pic of cresselia. XD. Im no expert on Blissey, but max defense seems awfully odd... max defense of 130.....
     
    All the effective BoltBeamers are walled by Cress and Bliss. Although T-Punch/I-Punch Metagross could be a problem, but Magnezone can trap and kill it if it's Choiced into Meteor Mash, Ice Punch, or Thunder Punch.


    The max Def is because it needs all the defense it can get. Max Def is always a must.
     
    Technically not, because of Porygon-Z having Dark Pulse, and Tri-Attack+Adaptability can do some damage.

    It still can't get past Blissey. :/

    CB Starapter 0HKOs-2HKOs half of the metagame, and Skarm, Forry, Zong and other steel types are killed by Magnezone. With Toxic Spikes up walls don't last very long. Tentacruel isn't very bad himself 2HKOing Weezing and
    0HKOs Gliscor, so I'm covered.
     
    staraptor may do some real damage, but i think you're forgetting that he gets outsped and OHKOd by any half decent special sweeper with choice scarf.

    give blissey twave. protect has its advantages, but your team really needs twave to manage mixed sweepers who are faster than everything here.

    you may as well give cresselia choice specs... really, resttalk w/ psychic and Modest? if you won't give blissey twave, at least make room for it here. you may also want to consider grass knot or charge beam regardless. your only reliable gyara counter is staraptor who is going to be doing a lot of Close Combat'in and U-turn'in anyway.

    but if you do hope to rely on hp electric on tenta to do the job (which i doubt it will with those evs) then give it shuca berry. tenta really attracts gyara and garchomp and it's never able to completely set up both layers of toxic spikes. shuca berry allows it to stay in one extra turn and either set that extra batch of spikes or attack.

    toxic is a poor choice for magneton =/ i'd really consider reflect over toxic.

    i would run something over toxic spikes on tentecruel... just waiting for my cbcross w/ guts to pummel over you, but u do have gliscor, but stone-edge could hurt it w/ guts....

    I wouldn't dare keep him in on those guys in the first place. Being outsped is not the point since there are very few counters to Starapter and most of them are taken cared of with Magnezone.

    Protect+Wish acts like a make-shift Sofboiled, only I could pass it along. Thunder Wave is a waste of a moveslot.

    Modest and 224SpAtk EVs is necessary to 0HKO two common threats that could be a problem for my team, Infernape and Garchomp. Most Gyarados are leads and they are Intimidated by Starapter, then I U-Turn to Magnezone while Gyarados can't do anything, and I go for the 0HKO with Discharge. Gyardos can't do crap to Cress either, he Taunts while I can cripple him with Psychic. Earthquake less ones get killed by Tentacruel.

    Woah woah woah woah woah...toxic is way overrated...at least for players who are prepared for it. Not to mention gengar (and other poison types) and the slew of OU steels around take no harm from it.
     
    The only Poison types generally used are Gengar, Weezing, and Roserade. Gengar and Weezing can't absorb T-Spikes and Roserade can't do much to Bliss or Cress. Magnezone lols at Steel types.


    I may have been a bit "far-flung" with Toxic being the best, so I'm sorry, but it's definately not the worst. =)

    Skuntank is actually quite the beast. Crunch / Fire Blast / Explosion / Substitute @ Life Orb kills. Trust me. I've taken down plenty of OU teams with it.

    Life Orb+Substitute will just make it easier to waste it. Gliscor doesn't take much from Fire Blast at all, and I could continue to break the Sub while Life Orb recoil kills it. It can't do much to Tentacruel but get 2HKOed by Hydro Pump. Blissey can Wish+Protect combo to stall it, and the only thing it can do is Explode which means I just technically countered it. There's also the chance I Protect just when he uses Explosion.


    Skuntank just rolls over and dies.
     
    dude, you'd really have to face one. the idea is that it IS meant to die, and it does it damn good. and depending on blissey to take STAB life orb crunches is making a waste of blissey if anything. if tenta switches in after it uses sub, crunch really hurts tenta. depending on how much damage it does to tenta, it'll either stay in or switch out.
     
    Considering CBgross does 85% to standard skarmory (no typo :0), I don't want to know what power skunktank can take to a pokemon that doesn't have 140 base Def and resists it. It might not be metagross either, but it can explode like it...
