...what do you mean by making this forum an online RPG?
Making an entire RPG for starters is no easy task. You need people who know how to make such a thing, and a lot of time. And then an RPG on what? If you just mean a written form then not everyone is interested in that and there's already a section for people interested in participating in RPG. If you mean an actual game to play; you've got a whole myriad of issues.
At the very least such a suggestion needs a lot of specifics to begin with, and even then I don't see much need or point to it. Why change the forum in such a way?
