[Other] Pokedex beeing broken

For some odd reason, in Pokemon Fire Red when I edit Pokemon and moves, the menu of the Pokedex get's corrupt. Instead of white, the background is Blue and when checking a Pokemon location, it just looks like a complete mess (check attachments). How can I fix this? As for what I used, I first used the universal Pokemon randomizer to give early access National Dex and then edited everything else. Only the dex is affected
