I'll try giving locations of where you can catch them too... if I can remember them. =\
Trainers should have them, but I don't know exactly where they are.

45 = Burmy (Honey tree)
46 = Wormadam (Evolve Burmy)
65 = Drifloon (Valley Windworks on Fridays)
80 = Barboach
114 = Unown (Solaceon Ruins)
134 = Finneon
135 = Lumineon (evolve from Finneon)
146 = Uxie (Lake Acuity)
147 = Mesprit (Lake Verity)
148 = Azelf (Lake Valor)

Azelf+Uxie are, but its different with mespirit. because it flys round the map, it constantly flees from you. It is only gone should you KO it.

So then would you recommend using master balls on it?

i would recconmend getting a golbat and using mean look, theen weaken it and try a quick ball

I wouldnt use your only masterball on it. Unless you already have cresselia, I'd save the masterball for that, its a harder catch and a better poke in general. Like firekid said, get a poke with mean look, crobat is the best because its fast and has access to double stats- poisin and confusion.

Quick+timer+ultra balls, and bronxong's block and toxic would do a good job.
