[General] Pokedex help

    I need just a few more pokemon to complete my dex. If anyone is willing to help that'd be great. If you don't want me keeping your pokemon just let me know and I'll trade it back to you as i really just want to complete the pokedex. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    These are the pokemon i need:
    Slurpuff
    Spritzee
    Aromatisse
    Throh
    Solosis
    Duosion
    Reuniclus
    Trevenant
    Drampa
    Lunatone
    Zamazenta

    So far I've just been hoping to get lucky and get them trough surprise trades or maybe raid dens but I've had no luck yet

    Hey bro i really wouldnt help with full filling your pokedex but i can help with 3 and all i ask in return os 1 pokemon.
     
    Any kind of help would be appreciated. I think most of these are shield exclusive so i can't get them unless through trade since I've only got sword
