[Graphics] Pokedex Is Glitchy

Hello everyone,
This is my first post, so I hope im formatting this correctly. Im not used to the interface just yet haha. Anyway, I seem to have an issue that is plaguing my hacking process. The Pokedex seems to be glitched entirely as seen in these screenshots. Note: I used a complete pokedex code to show the full extent, however simply obtaining it and showing the starters and route 1 pokemon show the same problem to begin with.

Opening the pokedex, it looks odd but functional

Seeing the pokedex entry is normal, though with the odd palette, but this is what happens on the area and size comparison page for all pokemon

Returning to the list after image 2 gives me this eyesore

What I see after opening Grassland Pokemon

For more information this is the hacking process I have done, step by step through a list I have made.
1. I installed MrDS's Decap and Attack Base (1.5a)
2. Edited a few moves and added several in free space
3. Used TheLearner's tool to add features such as BW repel systems, no fainting from poisoning, etc.
4. Added evolutionary stones
5. Used HxD and XSE to fix some errors listed in MrDS's base
6. Edited TM's and Move Tutor attacks and fully implemented them along all 386 Pokemon
7. Renamed several pokemon to include several from all 7 generations while still retaining 386 (Yungoos replaces Sentret for example)
8. Changed Stats and repointed movesets to free space using G3T of the gen 4-7 pokemon
9. Imported cries and repointed them to free space
10. Mass imported sprites and icons using PGE (3.8.1) all at once after sorting images in respective folders
11. Edited Pokedex tables using PGE, such as A-Z mode and sorting them by weight but leaving Dex Entries for last (I have yet to do so)
10. Used HxD to edit offsets that disable the Mew Obey problem, the Roaming IV's glitch, and so on
11. Create a snow effect using information found here https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/351387

Does anyone know what could be the problem and how to fix it if possible? Is more information needed? Please help

Did you ever fix this? I have the same problem.

I never could fix it, but I found out the issue happened when doing anything in PGE with Deoxys.
If youre going to import sprites, edit the pokedex, etc., use other tools.
