If i I touch trade a pokemon in national dex before getting national dex, will that pokemon be registered after i actually get the national dex or not?

from experience, yes they'll get registered. should be automatic and will be seen once you obtain the natio dex.

From my experience, yes, once you obtain the National Dex, it should already be registered and seen.
