I am looking for information on how to create and add new Tilesets for a new gym in my version.
But I can't find anything specific.
Can you write me some links?
Are there any Tilesets already made?

You can create a new tileset in porymap by selecting Tools > New Tileset.... Then you can use porymap's tileset editor to edit the tileset.

For premade tilesets, see Team Aqua's Asset Repo. Its wiki page also contains information and links about creating and inserting tilesets.
