[pokeemerald] Increase size of the border tile like in pokefirered

Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to increase the border width and size in pokemon emerald on porymap or somewhere in the project.
I tried to compare with pokemon fire red, but couldn't found anything.
I even changed the project settings but it kind of screw my tiles, but it's ok.

Thanks if you can answer, otherwise I'll think of way to bypass that
