[Other] [pokeemerald] Removing Healing HP/PP From the PC?

Hi,

I've been wondering about this for a while. I've thought about giving the player a Mini PC of some sort, allowing them to access their PC boxes like the recent gen games. Though if I want to do this effectively, I feel like I'd have to prevent the PC from healing any Pokemon deposited in it, so the player can't just keep using the Mini PC for free heals. Is something like this possible? I'm not sure where exactly to start with this one, since I can't seem to find any posts or records of people having done it. Any help would be very appeciated.
