If Ash catches those legendary Pokemon, then what happen to Ash's famous line
"any pokemon can be strong if you just train them"
Ash will pulverize anyone on his was if he gets an Uber Team.

Point 2.
If Ash catches Lets say, Dialga, what will happen to the balance of Time and space?
Again, catching one of these legendary pokemon can ruin the whole pokemon world.

Point 3.
Pikachu is NOT getting Weaker.
Remember Ash isn't the only Pokemon Trainer that trained, in various region.
Lets look a Paul, He has travel from Kanto, Johto and Hoenn. Just like Ash.
Remember, whats the fun of a Pokemon show If Ash win every Battle?

Point 4.
Brock is a breeder.
If you follow the pokemon series like i do, you will hear him say everytime he flirts with a girl. "I'm Brock and I will be the greatest Pokemon Breeder"

Point 5.
Pokemon Master has different meanings.
For some trainers, it can be catching every pokemon in the world.
For some its beating the Elite 4 and becoming the regions Champion
and For Ash, i have no clue >_>
 
Yeah I always thought that. Brock does a lot of dumb things, though.

The main thing Ash does when he see's a Pokémon is stare at it. It makes no sense whatsoever to stare at a legendary Pokémon that he could've been catching, rather than staring. At times he does act a little retarded. There's no excuse of not why to attempt to catch a legendary Pokémon, or at least battle it.

He does act a little dorky sometimes, but 75% of the times he's trying his best to become a good trainer, even though he doesn't have a single legendary Pokémon.

I already explain in the other thread why Ash doesnt catch Legendaries.
Lemme ask you soemthing, if Ash caught a Mewtwo and plow through every trainer in the region would it be any fun?

No, it would ruin the whole Ash catchphrase "Any pokemon can be strong if you just train it."
And it would make the show boring.
Secon thing is that if he catches a legendary, the balance of the pokemon world can be ruin.
For example.

If ash catches Dialga, what would happen to the balance of Time/Space?
They don't let Ash catch Legendary for a reason, if you been watching the anime and movies, you'll know that Legendary Pokemon Keep the Balance of the Pokemon World.

You know how much times Ash said that line in Paul's face everytime they see each other.
 
No... I'm saying the show is broken... Which frankly it has been since Johto... I miss the 'almost-a-newbie-trainer' Ash... Not the "Duh...Look at the pretty colors" Ash...

Anyways, they all need to smarten up if they want to keep us interested.
 
ya ash just looks at the pokemon and analyzes them with his pokedex and goes
and remember the first series of pokemon did you notice that it said: Gotta Cath Em' All!
well I didn't see him do that in any of the series.

Well, they have smartened up. Dawn pulls out the pink pokédex everytime she sees a new pokémon just so she can be prepared. Ash has grown up too, not making the sily newbie mistakes he made(Like using Pikachu on rock-type pokémon without an effective move.). Brock... I don't even know what he's still doing there.

thats not true! brock is his own kind of pokemon breeder haven't you seen the freakish spawn of him and vulpix =P Lol that joke has been along for far to long the reason ash dosen't catch the legends is because it would make him to good and then the series would get worse then before(thats right hate everything pokemon except the games) and if brock became a real breeder he would get to good then have to leave ash and the 2 of them make such a good couple
 
Why does everyone think Ash should have a legendary? There's about a million trainers in the Pokemon world. Chances of a single trainer seeing even one legendary is very slim, what are the chances of anyone really catching them? "Reality" doesn't work like the games. That 3 catch rate we deal with means impossible in reality. Maybe they just know not to try.
 
well i think that Ash is just very smart not to catch a legendary because:

1. It ruins the balance of the world

2. Being a pokemon master doesnt mean being the strongest but being the best trainer. Everyone can win with a legendary but can everyone win with a dumb pikacchu. Answer is NO

3.Its fun to see ash lose =)

4. Ash would get beaten anyway this how it goes

Dawn: look its a raikou

Ash: I will catch him and send him to prof oak(he is an idiot after all)

Ash: go grotle!!!!!=p

Ash: Grotle Use leaf storm

Grotle uses leaf storm

Raikou receives 1 damage

Raikou uses thunderbolt

Grotle fainted

Ash will cry

A big rock will fall on Raikou

Raikou fainted

Litthe girl appears

Litthe girl throws poke ball

Litthe girl has gotten a raikou

Ash now cries even more
 
Lets make everything clear.
Everyone bashes Ash because he Oak'd pokemon and he release his pokemon.
Lemme explain something.

He did NOT release Charizard and Squirtle. Im sick of everyone using this as an excuse to say Ash release strong pokemon. Charizard is Training in Charific Valley, he still own Charizard, how much times did we see Charizard coming back to Ash? Many times. As for Squirtle, its just leading the squirtle squad, It's still his. He release Pigiot to protect the pidgeys and pigiotto. For primeape, i don't know.

Why he Oak pokemon? Just look at what happen at Johto. His Kanto team was overpowering the Johto team, which made johto starters bunch of weaklings. This started the so called "oaking" I'm okay with it, This give the Region's pokemon to shine. come on if The Legendary kanto team is with him during Hoenn/BF saga would we have a powerhouse of Sceptile, Swellow, Glalie and Donphan? I dont think so. His Hoenn/BF team can even go toe-to-toe with the Original 4.

So stop complaining why does Ash keep Oaking his Strong pokemon.
Because this will take us back to Johto saga. Where No pokemon development, and barely evoultion happens.

I could probably agree with you one-hundred percent on this. What gets me though, is what ever happened to Pikachu's insane electricity attacks? Look at episode one for example. Pikachu practically killed the entire flock of spearow, but till this day, Pikachu still manages to get caught by Team Rocket..which makes no sence at all.
Though, I'm still curious if anyone knows why the gym leaders are magically getting tougher for Ash? His first Sinnoh badge took like, six episodes. arn't the first gyms suposto be easy?
