Pichu -> Pikachu
Cleffa -> Clefairy
Igglybuff -> Jigglypuff
Toigepi -> Togetic
Golbat -> Crobat
Chansey -> Blissey
Eevee -> Umbreon

I think that's all...
 
The one I'm missing is Azurill -> Marill, right?

BTW: GR, try too keep this trivia updated with a new question at least once a week. It's a T&G forum rule (one that I really should enforce more often >.<). If you have any problem with keepng it updated that often, you can delegate a co-host to put new questions when you're unable to.

that's a question to bring up in the TCG forum...I would know if I hadn't disassociated myself with the TCG after Neo4 came out.

BTW: Wynaut -> Wobbuffet is at lv.15
Smoochum -> Jynx, Magby -> Magmar, and Elekid -> Electabuzz are at lv.30
