you know that the pokemon i trade you already know the moves. its not like tms. so outrage and dragon dance would be either charmander or larvitar. belly drum and crunch are on charmander. brave bird is on skarmory, sky attack is on skarmory.

no you cant teach them. for example i had to breed a kingdra that knew dragon dance with a lapras to get it to know dragon dance when it hatched
