Pokemon --- Island..? --- = Help me think of a name?

The Deal
Well im Teddiursa, Drevilg.. whatever you want to call me,
and i was thinking of.. kinda Composing a island hack,
*Using Celebi's Rombase [C3LL]*
I dont know weather to call this a, Movie remake, or just my own
Self composed hack.. Help me Decide by posting in the Thread.
Possible Story line
I was thinking to make this a Movie remake, or a anime remake,
Movie: Pokemon Movie 2000
Show: Orange islands
My own:
You are Elya/Stanley have just beaten The Elite 4 of Hoenn,
And you are thinking of taking up the new job Professor oak
Mail'ed to you.. It was a Job to collect a item, from the
Orange islands Islands and bring it up to him. it was a
Sample of the mythical Creature Lugia, Little did you know
He was about to be awakend...
Little Clue; A Legendary Pokemon collector, is about to awaken lugia..
Which will without hesitating.. go for its mortal Enemey.. Ho-oh
Well, I can see how you guys think of it as the orange island story
It kinda is, but im not giving it all away. Seeing as This has not
Even been released..
[EDIT] In other words, i put them both fusion..
[Edit] I liek added a clue.. so u guys can liek see?
Features
New Pallets - Like, i will edit from [Cells] Rombase
New Areas - It will not include Only Areas from the film/anime.
New Scripts - Hoping Vrai Will help me, or i can do it Myself.. Maybe..
New Sprites - Going to have some Sprites, like people dressed asif it was

New Battles - Hey you think your only going on that island just to collect a Sample from some nutty professor?
New Maps - More Bigger and anime like..
Perhaps More?
That was just my draft, what do you guys think :)

[C3LLs] Has a few tile problems.
