Hey! Glad to see you started up again. I can't remember exactly what I saw a year a go but from what I remember those screen shots are a VAST improvement. I suggest to you what I suggest to everyone else, custom GFX. Every game looks much more smexi and original if it has completely custom Graphics. This may be a big undertaking but yeah.. Graphics don't make a game I suppose :)

Keep it up mate.

Thanks ~ And by Graphics you mean Sprites/Tiles correct? Of course, I'll have plenty. I plan on making a few new Building Tilesets, ESPECAILLY those indoors, since there is a large limit on what you can do with the current tiles. Also, I plan on doing some more dungeon sprites/tiles.

Although I do have a bit of a predicament at the moment. I'm debating whether or not to keep the idea of the Fire/Grass/Water Type Starters in the beginning or change it and use my Idea of the following: You start with the Starting Egg, which hatches. Based on how you carry it, and your personality test in the beginning, It'll change. Another Idea off of this was instead of that, the pokemon Evolves and changes based on the stats which you raised it in, like a Tyrogue. Then it'll go into it's 3rd form.

Any thoughts?

Wow, haven't looked at this one in forever. Looks like you decided to take a break right when I did. I didn't even realize it was happening. I just started working on it less and less, and finally no more. Well, I hope we don't do that again.lol.

I like both of the starters ideas, but I like your idea better, where you walk around and your journey affects what it hatches into. Maybe combine both into one. Well, can't wait to hear some updates.

Oh... My... GOD! Yes!! I've done it! I found my file! Hahaha! Wow, I didn't even think to look in my flash drive x3 Hahaha! Well now, that saves us some time now, doesn't it! Hahaha!

(Hey cool, 321 Posts :3)

Well... Um, my Plan is that you'll run around the town, which will be a certain number of steps (I won't let it glitch up and have you be able to hatch the egg in the first town though). Then later, you'll be escorted all the way to Vescott, a far distance, by your Rival. (Like 1000 Steps, but you won't watch the whole thing, just key moments, where you have to make decisions [*Bing* I smell egg changes!]) At the end, you'll arrive in Vescott, where you have to buy the PokeParts for Professor Coral. Your Rival will tell you that we should stick around for a while, since they don't normally get to go there very often. During your break, the egg will start to make noises, prompting you to qucikly ask your rival, who knows a lot more about pokemon than you. He tells you that you should return to Shoal Town so the Professor can take a look. You guys will Hurry back (More key events, only these will hold more effect) and show the Professor. During the conversation cracks will appear and the Egg hatches. You get to name it (If you want) or keep the name Given by the Professor: Dravy. That's about all I've got. The real questions and situations will be a secret untill its ready >;3

hmm....how do I say this

Good comment :The game looks really good(atleast judging from the screenys)Keep it up

Bad comment :No offense dude ,but if you havent noticed most games made on rmxp suck(acanthite's an exeption).Unless you really are gonna stick to this and are good at scripting dont try to comeplete the game cuz either it will be given up or it will be useless. So...my basic message to you is that--if you dont know how to script well (nake a cbs etc) shift this to rm2k3(i'm no noob --I know that you cant just change your proj like that. What I'm saying start over on rm2k3)

This is an awsome game!

I really the Tyrogue pokemon idea! My thoughts are that it starts off as a normal type than evolves into fire/water/grass type depending on the trainers personality!

Example: (Angry/Rash=Fire type, Calm/Relaxed=Water type, Confidant/Rational=Grass type!).

What do you think? ;)
