Overworld sprites kick so much ass, thanks for the screenies! They look brilliant.

Edit: Brendan is the guy with white hair. He is also a main character in pokemon games that are located in Hoenn region.

-_-
I know who he is, but i meant in the screenshot.
I thought he was saying that brendan was in the screens.

He is. He's the guy challenging the Gym Leader.

And I agree that it looks a little odd mixing the two types of overworlds...

Wow, that screen never loaded for me until now D:
And now i feel like an idot lol.

I got so confused reading that post

Will change to one style of Overworlds. :)

No screens tonight, but I have been working on a feature not yet announced. You'll have to wait for the next issue of GDW to find out about it and see screens of it though. :P

Hmm, idk, i think maybe all of that should be more organised.
Like it shows up at the top or idk, left/right of the screen when you talk to the trainer.
And it should all be organised together instead of all over the place

wow! tthis game looks pretty good!

I love the idea of knowing the attacks in the different way and no levels, it looks more like the anime :P

can't believe i forgot this :P well i have been a little busy being bored doing interesting things. :paranoid: (hope nobody noticed) damn i did it again

Will change it. :)

Sorry no updates in last few days, been a bit busy. There also won't be any for a few more days, just because I'm going to stockpile a few now, in case I'm too busy in the future.

UPDATE

Spoiler:

The 'Pokémon Trade Market' is "An integral part of the Pokémon World - connecting Trainers everywhere!", or so the slogan says. It is available to the player for a yearly subscription payment of... well... let's just say a lot of money.

And there is a lot you can do with money in Asphar. You can do things such as:

[PokeCommunity.com] Pokemon: Asphar Version
Buy properties, and then buy furniture and decorations for them.

Or... buy upgrades for your Laptop.
Or... buy playable mini-games for your Laptop.

Or... buy new music from PokéTunes.

And much much more.

So, you're probably thinking "Well if there's so much to buy, how do I earn enough money?"
There's numerous ways to do so. You can...
  • Win sanctioned Pokémon battles
  • Sell Pokémon on the PTM
  • Play the real-estate market
  • Questing
  • Get a job
  • And more.

Will include more details about the PTM itself soon. :)

I think the font in the PTM is a bit hard to read, but it's probably just me. Anyone else?

Aww...Novus and I were talking 'bout having properties for sale (although it's much different from this)

Oh, well. Anyways, that's looking incredible! I really like the graphics, and the features.

A game I will definitely download!

Yes! I've always wanted more stuff to do in pokemon. Especially when you could buy furniture in platinum, which was kinda dumb the way they did it =/
Hopefully yours will be more customizable :)

Can't wait to see more man
