6th Gen Pokemon Bank Legendaries

So I downloaded and paid for Pokemon Bank about 2 months ago, but for some reason had trouble with my DS so never really used it. Today when I fired it up, Brigette gave me the three legendary golems from the event but for some reason I can't find them or transfer them to my game. The event hasn't ended as far as I know, so can someone please help me?

Have you tried the "Pokemon Link" option on the main menu of the game where you start it up? I got the 3 golems when I got my Pokemon Bank, but I don't remember if they were already in it, I do remember using the Pokemon Link to collect some BP I got by using the bank though.

Clicking Pokemon Link just gives me BP, or tells me I have nothing to collect.

I would go through the boxes in the bank then, if you did get them, they most likely got put into the first open slots available starting from box 1. If they aren't there, I'd contact support and see if they can figure out what's up.

On the main menu of Pokemon Bank, select "View Your Support ID Number", write it down somewhere and go to support.pokemon.com from there you can sign into your trainer club account (set one up if you haven't already done so) and contact customer support.
