What do you want for the Ken Sugimori Psyduck?
I can offer you a Dutch event Deoxys, untouched. It's got a Sassy nature, its OT is DOEL, its IDNo is 28606, it knows: Cosmic Power, Recover, Psycho Boost and Hyper Beam, and it's Level 70.

I do have to to send it from my Emerald game, though, if that's ok with you.
