Spoiler:
This Team is a Fair Balanced Team. This Team combined with the Move Set covers everything that stands in your way of victory. Latios Has Roost to bring the HP Back up when he has taken a few hits. Psyshock is a STAB move which Boost the power of his move than a Non-STAB Move. Draco Meteor is also STAB, although it weakens your Special Attack, you can use this move to finish off enemies with low health. Hidden Power [Fire] allows coverage against the Ice Weakness towards Dragon Types.
Ferrothorn Is your main guy to go to when you have a typing that counters Latios (EX: Fairy) Fairy Types are Weak to Steel Types, and gyro ball helps ferrothorn take down those pesky Fairies. Ferrothorn has 3 STAB Moves and protect for Scouting.
Excadrill is you hazard remover. He gets a tremendous boost of speed when sandstorm is up. Use the sandstorm from tyranitar to help remove hazards from your side of the Field.
Tyranitar has A couple of STAB moves along with ice Beam to demolish Garchomo or any grass, ground or flying type. Set up the sand storm and chip away damage your opponent may need.
Both Gardivor and Keldeo are Sweepers. Sweepers are Pokemon who have high stats on Offense. Gardevoir takes care of Gengar and Garchomp(Which is very popular in OU) and Keldo takes care of Rock and steel types for Gardevoir.
