    I have a problem.

    Ok, on many FAQ's, it says I must defeat 10 consecutive people in Courtyard to unlock the Cool Set D and Pale Blonde Hair. I defeated 10 consecutive trainers, but the items are not in the shop. Did the FAQ's mean 100 trainers? Was it a typo? I'm guessing no, since it said 10 Battles in all the FAQ's I read. Can anyone help with this?

    Did you give up/lose on the tenth or eleventh battle? Because I was almost 70 battles in, and gave up, expecting to have gotten the Pokécoupons. If that's the case, then you have to end the challenge in between battles.

    It's hard to explain, and even then, I'm not sure what's wrong exactly. =/

    No, I didn't. I made it to battle 48, but lost.

    That's probably it. You don't technically get the record if you lose the match, but only if you retire. Like I said, happened to me.
