Is there any possible way I can watch the English dubbed version of episodes of Best Wishes before they are released on CN each saturday? Because it seems too me that some people have already seen up too episde 25 whereas I have only seen up to 6.

People are talking about later episodes 'cause we've watched the Japanese version with English subtitles. You can go for that option, but we're not gonna give links here. That's not allowed.

The Japanese version is way better in my opinion. You should give it a try! Plus, some random details get changed in the English dub, such as info about a character's past. I remember a website listing all of them, it was pretty interesting.
