Hiya all i had an idea to recreate and update the pokemon green 'beta' released by helix chamber and the pokemon gold demo/beta that was shown in spaceworld 97 and updated by lvl_3 as a combined game.
the story would start off in Kanto and you'll do the usual pokemon red/blue stuff with the extra things to do that was included in the helix chambers rom and then once the kantos elite 4 are beaten you'll take on the nihon region that was in the spaceworld 97 game with reds gym being the secret 9th gym in the helix chambers rom. ive been working on getting the data for helix chambers unreleased pokemon and moves which is prooving to be a slow progress but getting there and ive made a few maps of the nihon region.
Im using Pokemon Essentials to make this game.
the plan is to include all of gen 1 and 2 pokemon plus any pre evos and evos released from other gens along with the beta pokemon and moves from the 2 inspired roms.
