Why would you use dragon dance twice, then use draco meter on a PHYSICAL pokemon?

trust me, you dont wanna know LOL im a moron. i know im kinda new to fighting but a pro at trading and just wanna practice. Anyway you'll definatly get you pokemon if you keep THIS up......lol. Ooka, i cant battle right now but try and find someone else. lol
