I can see the bipedal starters have similar movement as zoroark and the Quadpedal starters have similar movement as Raikou :D!

Well maybe some but I just see it as that, nothing against them or anything, I love the starters :D!

rampardos should stomp 1 foot on the ground, like the ss/hg sprite. where it has its own sprite then turns into d/p/pl sprite for some reason.

Slugmas back will boil, & its eye brows will move like fire, its whiskers may even droop down every once in awhile (i love shiny slugma!)

Macargo will do the same,but its shell will pulse slightly& the flame leeking out of it will constantly burn

ivysaur- its bulbs opening once in a while with powders coming out of it

- Zangoose : Moving its arm and roar with Moving its arm like slashing.
- Gallade : At a time, He'll move his arm and wave its elbow (Swords) up.
- Meditate : At a time, Will take its arm to his head like thinking with a psychic powers.

butterfree, venomoth, beautifly, and dustox- flappinig their wings while shiny powders are shimmering from their wings...
snorlax- stamping its foot then occasionaly seats
slaking- lying down while his nose....
baltoy- spinning like a top
vaporeon- turning into water...
glaceon- turning its fur into icicle spikes...
tangrowth- having its vine arms extend...
mightyena- howling like a wolf does during fullmoon

Seviper would extrude it's tail like a sword everyonce and a while
Plusle and Minun will have electricity flow from their cheeks same with Pachirisu, and the Pichu family :)
