Pokemon Black: Super Double Subway (Sandstorm Team)

Hey guys! I'm trying to get a sandstorm team going for the super double battle train. Here are my thoughts.

Lead: Hippowdon (or Tyranitar) (Sand Streamer)
Second: Stoutland (with Sand Rush) TANKIN!
Third: Metagross (All Around Sweeper)
Fourth: Sigalyph (Magic Guard) or Jellicent (Stall Moveset)

What do you guys think I should do to improve this team? Stoutland is a boss so I wanna keep him. Same with Hippowdon and Metagross. I just don't know how to get Hippowdon on Black.

Jellicent or Sigalyph?

Jellicent would have recover to recover sandstorm HP loss.

Excadrill with sand rush would also tank, like Stoutland. And I'd go Tyranitar over Hippowdon, mainly because you can actually get Tyranitar in game it'd be easier
