Blue hack: Pokemon Blue Kaizo: Update 4.5 (Very challenging experience)

Pokemon Kaizo Blue Bulbasaur query

I'm playing through Kaizo blue and I've noticed on a few YouTube videos that Bulbasaur knows Leech Seed as in the original games. My Bulbasaur has evolved into Ivysaur and is level 25, but all I can gather is the next learnt move will be Razor Leaf at 29.

Should Bulbasaur already know Leech Seed? If so, what can I do?

Also, is it true Magikarp will evolve at 25 as opposed to 20?

Hey, SHF! I've just finished your game (I can't post the link of the image because I'm new on the forum :/ )
I really enjoyed it!
I don't know if I can't report a bug here, but in the Celadon store, the last tms on the list of one of the guys on the second floor can't be bought (I think it was two of them, the last ones). It does not commits the experience of the game at all, I just think you should know about it : )
I'll probaly give Crystal Kaizo a try too, on my next vacation. Really good job on this hack, man!

Hey, really enjoying the hack so far, right now I just beat Bruno at the psuedo fighting gym in Saffron using only level 50 pokemon. I just wish the repels would repel every single mon cuz it gets kinda annoying running into pokemon every 2 steps.

-Pidgey evolves into Pidgeotto at L10 instead of the usual L18
-Butterfree learns Psybeam at L12 instead of Confusion
-Nidoran♂ learns Dig somewhere between L10 and L15
-Bulbasaur, Nidoran♀, and Nidoran♂ know Toxic

I downloaded blue kiazo and when ever i play it my pokemon get no new moves by level up and the pokeballs are still the same price. What can i do to fix this.

Hello, just wanted to say great job on this hack! I just had one question regarding the movesets of pokemon that evolve using stones. Will their evolved forms be able to learn moves after evolving? I'm afraid to evolve some of my Pokemon because I dont know their movesets.

Hey I just got past Victory Road and I would like to say that this hack is very challenging and wonderful and it is really made as a 'Kaizo' hack. If you are wondering, here is my team:
Rhydon lvl 66
Slowbro lvl 64
Tauros lvl 66
Alakazam lvl 63
Chansey lvl 66
Starmies lvl 64

I would post a screenshot but I can't. Also, I haven't killed any wild pokemon I just fight trainers and if I have to grind, I would just keep losing to them. My play time is 31:46 but I have played the whole game in 2x speed besides like CYcling Road where I used 0.5x speed or lower.

You need the original blue rom to apply the patch. You'll have to find that by yourself though.

I've come pretty far into the game (So far I've got 6 out ot 8 Gym Badges) but I can't surf south of Pallet Town or south of Fuchsia City, is it glitched or am I supposed to do something else before I can go to Cinnabar Island?

You have to go south of Fuchsia, then head west to seafoam islands. There is some trickiness involved in seafoam, so keep an eye for boulders landing in different spots, and carefully push them to their holes.

Make sure you have your HMs.

Hey again, I've got to be either blind or just don't get it, I've tried going directly down/south of Fuchsia (just below the Pokémon Center) but I just can't go anywhere there (as I've included in the screenshots).
I've tried going east of Fuchsia and looking for a way down but can't find any.
I've also tried going west to the cycling road and tried using Surf if it's possible to go south after I've jumped up on my bike but that's not possible either. :(

Go south from fuchsia city, into the ocean, through the maze, and find your way to the left, towards seafoam islands. If you still can't find seafoams, look near the end of this video, in the spoiler tag.

This should lead you directly to seafoam island. Start from 30:12 on the youtube timer, until you find out how to progress.
