4th Gen Pokemon Box Editor?

I remember a couple years ago (if even), there was a tool on here that was a GUI pokemon box editor for fourth generation games. I've used the search extensively and I can't seem to locate the download.

If the creator is still around, or someone has a mirror, can I get the link? Thanks so much!

You'd want to try the Emulation section and maybe some of the sticky threads there too. As this section is only for discussion on the 4th gen games themselves though, I'll close.
