yeah, i agree. red's snorlax, chansey, and blissey are all tied for second place as the most annoying pokemon in history, second only to the accursed one. (meaning that freakin' miltank)

Wally (not to be confused with Wallice) was excrucatingly annoying. I was VERY shocked when I beat him.. ON THE FIRST TRY O_O

but now, since I forgot to save afterwards, I have to suffer the nightmare ALL OVER AGAIN.
