I found a huge selection on TCGPlayer.com. Lots of shops. Not sure about what % the sellers get but buyers must purchase at least $2 from a seller. Free shipping

I don't think that's quite what solid71 is looking for. Solid71 is looking for online stores that buy cards from individual people.
