It does have EVs.....terrible EVs i got it from my friend it's only got defence EVs i need the berries that lower EVs to fix it.

Ehh, not true. Ferrothorn's got higher Hp AND Sp. Def, stronger Gyro Ball and Power Whips, and Leech Seed.
