"I'm fine," Raen replied, shifting his pale, blue eyes toward Maki. "Forgive me for saying so, but . . . I think that the real question is 'Areyou alright?" The trainer's eyes seemed to gain a faint light as his gaze focused on the female. "You've been acting strange for awhile. If anything's bothering you, now would be the time to clarify what it is."

Suddenly turning his glance away, Raen lowered himself to a kneel beside his Cubone. Lifting the ground Pokemon into his arms, he continued quietly, "I won't force you to say anything. Just don't add any regrets to your list of 'could have dones'."

"It's not that I know what is causing this, it's just something is...familiar about this place. It's as if I forgot something important, or something that was once very important to me. As if I had been here before or someone I know did." She took a deep breath keeping her eyes raised to his blue eyes to keep him satisfied. "I just don't know, but I know I want to save the pokemon. That hasn't changed." She slightly smiled, even though it felt like tearing her into two. She then turned around, not wanting to speak about it much more.

Scar went on the other side too. It was a strange feeling: Some time ago he was carefully when he saw trainers or humans. They usually did want to catch him. But now the situation wasn?t normal. He lost his pokemon friends because the country changed and everyone had to be carefull because of the evil pokemon. And now he stood next to a group of trainers and pokemon, and he could understand them and talk to them all.

He turned to Eve and Pika. "Whats in your mind?" he asked the both. "I know there is something strange, but... even you don?t have the answer i want to ask... what do you think is waiting inside this town? A pokemon?" he looked at the wasteland and the destructed city. "You know... i had a lot of questions to ask several people in the past. Then the poketalk came. It looked funny, because every trainer could speak to his pokemon. I did want to speak too. But i never had such a poketalk..." he said. Then he grinned: "... yeah i think because i am a pokemon, so i don?t have money..." his funny looking face turned serious. "... 1 days ago someone surprised me and sat me this thing on my head. He was gone before i realized what happened. But it wasn?t like that i had seen before..."

He stopped. "... it did hurt immediately it was on my head... hmm... well, i should stop talking a lot of nonsense..." It seemed it was embarrassing for Scar. A little wind arose. He enjoyed the little breeze and his fur set up. "I think we should start now..." he whispered with a calm silent voice. He saw to his paw. A little thunder danced on it. First blue, then red.

The light of Raen's eyes softened as a quiet, assuring smile entered his features. "Whatever may be the source of your memories, saving the Pokemon is something we can all agree on." Then, deciding not to press the issue further, he fell silent.

His customary, emotionless expression returning, Raen turned and approached Kelly. Glancing about uneasily, Cubone climbed from its trainers' arms to his shoulder. "So, what now?" the male asked quietly.

"What is going on here?" I mumbled silently to myself, tossing a slightly shinny ultraball. I released my Skarmory and returned my current pokemon back away. Skarmory observed the circular figure with curiosity.

The, the character they named Raen spoke "So, what now?" He seemed pretty quite until now. And I still wondered what they did when he walked to the forest, while Kelly following. Do they know something that the group should know? Something important. Gah, what was I thinking. Couldn't be, could it?

"Yeah Kelly, what do we do leader?" I replied sarcasticly.

Kelly turned sharply to Darrius and glared at him. She decided to brush it off and turned to Raen. "We're going to the central city to see if we could find the Rockets.." Kelly continued walking ahead of everyone. 'Or something about those Elements things..'

"Hmm...Whats in my mind? Uhmm.....Pizza!!" Pika shouted out. Eve came up next to him and bopped him on the head. "I think he meant me, dimwit" Eve said as she turned around toward Scar. "Oow" Pika said, clutching his head in pain. Eve began to speak "I don't think a Pokemon is waiting inside there..and if there is one in there, then it probably belongs to one of the bad guys" Scar talked about his past as they padded along the hard dirt ground, ahead of the humans. "Start? Start what..?" She asked slowly, confused when Scar put his paw up and tiny sparks started formin on it, first blue, then red.

Scar turned to Eve. "As i said, i want to kick the evils @ss. We have to save the pokemon. I don?t like the idea of living in a world where pokemon who could be my friends are evil pokemon who attack everything that moves." he said angrily. He turned to Maki after a while. "Maki... do you know this place? I am not sure but i think you remind this place... it would be usefull if you do."

"I have a memory, one that I cannot place a time other than I was a young girl. I was wandering to find my parents, they weren't home at all. I followed blood, that's all I can really remember following. After following the blood for awhile, I saw bodies. I can only remember knowing it was my parents, and this place has a building I can remember they were dead in front of. I don't think that helps any of you at all, besides, my memory has been dysfunctional since then." She looked towards Scar, her eyes looking almost enigmatic at it. It was as if the memories were there, but she could not access them even if she wanted to. "Besides, Kelly knows more than me."

Raen followed Kelly in silence, moving toward the distant city. Although his gaze remained on the path ahead, he listened intently to the movements and words of the others. Reaching one hand into a pouch at his side, the trainer noiselessly fingered a black whistle. At the moment, it's not necessary. But, at least I know that it's there if I need it.

Understanding Raen's actions, Cubone said nothing--merely allowing itself a silent acknowledgment of the plan formulating within its trainer's mind.

Maki closed her eyes, and followed Kelly in silence. She was amazed Kelly would keep up such an effort, something she would have a hard time accomplishing. "Misdreavous, do you sense any pokemon around the area?" She patted the ghost pokemon on the head slightly.

"Humph, fine ignore me," Darrius grunted. He exchanged glares with Kelly, before spinning around.

We were probably heading into enemy territory, so for protection, I took out a viciously, carved knife. The knife Darrius' wielded was an excellent source of protection, and a painful memento of his dead father. For this knife was his before his tragic death. Although, he held his knife near his left side, hiding it from the other to avoid rasing suspicions. Silently he followed the others, Skarmory from the rear.

Sorry for the short post, but im not having that feeling in me tonight. XD

She stared at the long wielded peice of metal in front of one of the buildings. What had exactly been this place was still a mystery to her. The fact something like a memory would begin to form of this place was even more scary. "What building are we heading to?"

OOC: I dedicate my 600th post to my thread. Sorry I wasn't here for a while. ^^"

"We're heading toward the biggest one" Kelly said, pointing toward the giant, unharmed building in the center of the city. "The only one thats unharmed..It must be the orginazation's hideout, whether its Rocket or.." Kelly trailed off after that. She was still confused as to why they had found a dead rocket in their own territory. And that cloth..

Kelly stopped short and turned around, making sure everybody was following. 'Good..' She said as she saw that everybody was following. She saw the knife in Darrius's hand. "Whats a matter?" Kelly called out to him "Afraid your Pokemon don't have enough strength to pull this off??" She was pissed at him enough already. She turned harshly away from him and continued onward. 'Well I have trust in my Pokemon' She thought confidently as she gazed at her Pikachu and Eevee walking with Scar in the front of the group.

Eve and Pika turned nervously to Scar. "Yeah..but remember, the evil Pokemon are being controlled. You have to control your anger and not let it get out of hand while fighting the bad guys, ok? There is no need to kill now.." Eve said quietly to Scar. 'What I did back there..' Eve trailed off. Pika stepped up next to Scar. "What Eve did back there wasn't her fault. Look, those ghost Pokemon could not have been helped. Didn't you see it on their expressions? They were pure evil! Even if we did defeat the Rockets or whatever the hell is up there, then those Pokemon would've still been a problem, for they weren't controlled by any machine at all.." Pika sighed. 'It could not have been helped. They would've just continued with their ways until they were dead..' He looked up again. "But the captured Pokemon in thir can be helped. Remember that Scar.." He said to Scar in a low, serious tone.

"What?! You know what? Your really starting to piss me off. I have total trust in my pokemon, but this is just for my own set of defense. What if your two pokemon were too busy doing something else, while you were left defenseless, this is a back-up. For starters, there are more uses for a knife than for combat. Secondly, the knife isn't any off your business, so lay off!" I rasped harshly, glaring daggers yet again, then twisting my head the other way, still armed with my dagger.

"You hate this girl too?" I whispered to Skarmroy. He slowly nodded in reply.

My bad side said kill her now and leave, while my good side said don't, it's a waste of time. Either way, both thoughts sounded pretty sick to me. I decided not to. How does Kelly know where to go anyway? Unless she already knows. I continued to walk towards the path.

OOC:As you see, Darrius has a very strange mind.

"WHAT?!" Kelly's eye twitched once. "Pika!!" She called out. Instinctively, Pika ran over to her side and growled strongly at the boy. "Listen.." She said, her eyes burning but still holding back some "You shouldn't mess with me. I can beat you anyday and yet you make it sound like you can. huh." She stepped foward. "And I don't need any knife. I have my own self defense combat, baka!" Her fist clenched and Pika's cheecks started sparking. "And no, I will not 'lay off'. If you wanna fight me, then do it now dammit!" She shouted, holding uo her fists. No knife could stop her and her pakc, that was for sure. She wasn't about to let this person talk to her like that.

Her eyes stared at the two, unsure of what to say to stop the battle. She quickly knocked the two down, almost as if scared of what the fight might bring. "You two should be quiet, I have a feeling someone's watching us. I don't believe it's pokemon either." She felt her Misdreavous come on top of her head, nodding to her. Something was wrong, something just didn't add up.

"Maki's right," Raen said quietly, his sapphire gaze resting on the Pokemon on his shoulder. "Your fighting won't help us." Calmly running one hand along the top ridge of Cubone's skull helmet, he added, "Besides, we have more important things to worry about. We can hardly afford to quarrel."

The full light of the trainer's azure eyes suddenly turned toward Darrius and Kelly, their luminous gaze fixed upon them. "We're in enemy territory now. You left your chance to argue on the other side of the wall."

"Heh, fighting you? Don't make me laugh! I don't need a knife to beat you!" I slipped in my knife back into it's hold, then tightly clenching my fist." I don't care if your a girl...well if your a girl. Get ready!" i was interrupted when this other girl character tackled both of us roughly into the ground.

Instead of unleashing a wave of yells and screams, I took a deep breath and slowly got back up and dusted my clothes. "Thanks, I guess I needed that," I spoke, ignoring Kelly's mindless insults. In shifted my gaze towards Raen, agreering with his statement. Maybe Kelly was right, perhaps I didn't need my knife, not yet. Although, I did hate agreeing with her. Skarmory glared at Kelly as well, but not saying a word.

"Yeah, I know what ya'll mean by enemy territory. It's that feeling," I whispered, investigating our current environment.

OOC: Dude, if your gonna control my character, then i'm going to control yours.

IC:

Kelly got up. "Yeah, thanks Maki" Ignoring the idiotic shouts of protest coming from the other guy, Kelly continued walking foward. 'Yeah, that was dumb' Pika trotted beside Kelly, not taking his glare off the human and his Pokemon. 'Kaa..' His cheeks sparked. Kelly turned her head toward him. "Its pointless to fight now y'know. I'm ok, you can go back to the others now. With that siad, Pika trotted back in the front of the group next to Eve and continued walking. 'What was that all about?' Eve whispered from Pika. Pika just shook his head slightly 'Don't know, but its over now. No need to worry.'

"Something just doesn't add up." Her eyes turned to Raen for only a moment. Why was he helping her reasoning? Maybe he didn't really hate her? She turned back to her front, feeling Misdreavous' body on her head.
"You should really just stop being so suspicous of everyone, no one in this group hates you." The pokemon whispered in her ear with no real bias.
"I know, it's just...something just doesn't add up."
