Pokemon Center and Whiteout question

    I used the PHO Elite FireRed ROM Base (which letrs you start from scratch) and when I create a pokemon center, how can I have the player go to this pokemon center when they whiteout? If the direct solution is complicated, is there a workaround? I hope I can find a solution as my game has hit a roadblock and I have been undetermined to keep working on it with this issue looming over me. Thanks.
