Pokemon Channel (Help Me! PLEASE!)

I cannot get the Holographic moving Wailmer Card.
That is the only Card I need to complete my Card Collection.
I buy about 5 card packs a day, And I haven`t gotten the card yet.
Is there any cheat I can enter into the game to get this card?

Weird..I have only one card left,too,and it's the Holographic Moving Wailmer card. XD I'm not much of a help at all,am I? Please answer Flaming Ice's question,someone! I need to know,too.

You have to fish for it. Keep fishing, then after a while Pikachu will find a fish that takes several attempts to pop up out of the water. Eventually, his efforts will pull up a big old Wailmer. Next, answer his question to get the card.
