    ok i dont have this game but i just from serribi but it sas you can get jirachi from it and what does PAL mean and im sorry for the noob question
     
    Some countries have different game regions. For example, an American Gamecube game won't work in a Japanese or British game system. NTSC is the American version and PAL is for the UK and Australia. I think. oo;

    In the UK and Australian (PAL) versions of the game, Jirachi was rewarded if you beat the game. It was released in America on the bonus disc of Pokémon Colloseum.
