Spoiler:

1. Learn Scripting yourself, it would be so much easier and faster. Plus its a really good skill to learn in the Hacking world
2. Get a spell checker, if the hack if going to have as much mistakes as your posts and the Topic Post then it is really needed.
3. Consider Mapping ALOT more, from the screens they just look like minor edits.
4. I would say no to the high leveled pokes and the beginning of the game(100 lv wild pokes = bad) and the level cap tool i dont think exists, it may require some ASM or something.
5. Change the Starters, non legendarys are kind of a must.
6. Most of things you have listed as "need tool" don't have tools, you need to get your hands dirty and do it manually.
8. Make backups of your hack often, as if you make mistakes you can go back and re-try.
9. Emerald is tricky to deal with, make sure if you make a map bigger you re-point the data to a empty spot so you don't cause glitches.
10. Make use of the empty maps Emerald has.

Its not the fact that we trademark our hacks or anything, its a sign of respect.

it doesnt matter if you made it prior to knowing of my Citrine hack. Point is you know now so it would be in your best interest to just change the name and move on.
We call out problems in the Scrapbox so you can notice them and work on them, we are not trying to be mean, we are just helping you. If you dont like the Criticism then wait till your hack is completely done before making a thread.

And dont call my posts "un-educated" when yours are full of spelling mistakes.

Yes, exactly. You don't need to be so cold to Khaos or insist on using his name. All you need to do is be mature and follow his instructions. He's being very helpful and you need to just let go of whatever problems you have with him.

Anyway you have a lot of spelling and grammar errors in your post and you need to better organize your stuff. And if you're at such a loss for tools, just look here. It has everything there is.

Oh also: Legendaries are a poor choice of starters. It shows you're not creative enough to come up with a good starter. Entei, Suicune, and Raikou are such a generic trio and I'm sorry but anyone could've thought to make them the three starters. (Not to mention they're not Psychic. You keep saying that they are.)

they used to be phsycic and hes 12 year old he is allowed some errors. the pokemon being rares dosen't mean there is no imagination most pokemon make crap beginners except the usual ones and also most pokemon like the 3 dogs and it can make a great storyline if you actually have enougth imagination.
