Question: Pokemon claim?

I was browsing my 'options' and saw a bunch of 'pokemon claims' 'song claims' and stuff like that.. what are they? like what am i suppose to put there? im sorry if this has been asked, i just searched and had no results... and if this is a completely stupid question, dont mind my stupidity

Basically you're staking your "claim" on something. For example, if you're favorite Pokémon was Pikachu for whatever reason it may be, then you'd claim it in the Pokémon Claim Thread along with other Pokémon you'd like to take claim of. The same would apply for your favorite celebrities, series, songs / albums, and so on.

*The Claiming Thread located in the Japanese Entertainment forum covers your claims for Bishies (i.e Characters), Pairings, and Series.

You should be aware that before you can make any claims you're going to need a certain number of posts; and in certain claiming threads like the one in Japanese Entertainment, you may need to be a member of the forum for a certain number of months. Also take note that for your claims to be accepted, there are specific formats you must post your claims in as well as a certain number of claims you can make for each one. If you read the first post in each thread, ─ and the first three posts in The Claiming Thread ─ then you will see all the requisites needed to make your claims.

Once you've made your claims, then you can add them to your profile under each of the specified titles like the ones you have noticed already.
