In colloseum, do you get a second chance to catch EVERY pokemon that you missed the first time?

Yes, pretty much. Because you can rebattle with trainers that you didn't catch their Pokèmon.


EDIT: I dunno about Minor B's "lair", because I caught all the Pokèmon there.

All the cipher peons (those weaklings) that u missed are in the team snagem hideout. If u captured them all from the peons; tehy wont dro pform a certain area naymore. The green/red/blue peons are palced after certain actions i nthe game; and the admins are found in the permanent area deep colleseum. Including a shuckle.

Speaking of which, you also need to complete the 100-Trainer Challenge AND Snag all the Pokemon before being able to obtain Ho-Oh.
