Pokemon Colosseum

Hey PC wats your thoughts on Colosseum?

I personally loved it, i didnt think i would, but then my fiancee got me addicted to it, we kept playin it for nearly a week straight (not countin all the distractions, school, sleep, exc.)
and i found it brilliant (im hopin for a equal on the Wii)

and since you couldnt play gold,silver,& crystal anymore since the GBASP came out (until HG&SS were revealed) i relly missed usin the Johto starters, so the chance to catch a Quilava (my fav pokemon) totally blew my mind

the whole purify and snag pokemon also blew my mind, and when i learned Celebii was there to lend a hand it was just too cool

and the battles werent that bad, not to mention Espeon& Umbreon as starters! :3

well wats your opinions on PC? (lol sorry for the lame pun,couldnt resist)

Well this game actually got me back into pokemon, not D/P, i love this game to death, the characters, music, battles all fit and before HGSS this game was the only way to get all 3 legendary dogs outside of FRLG(you can only catch one of those in the game anyway so it technically isn't ALL 3)

It's too bad wes and rui were never seen again after in XD. Wes is the most BA pokemon protagonist i've ever played as coming from a shady background to become the hero. Also Mt. Battle in colo was really fun and challenging too, both challenge and story mode.

not at all, you can trade between them, but its not a storage, it wasnt designed for it, but you could store several pokemon, but considerin the limited amount of pokemon you get, its unwise.

This is my favorite game for the Gamecube. I remember seeing a cover of Nintendo Power with Wes and the three beasts and thought "OMG OMG OMG MUST BUY". I still have that issue of NP. Anyway, I love the music, the new story concept, and I love that the hero is around the age of 17 (as stated in the article) and had a darker past, kind of a like a tragic hero. Although you're quite limited as far as teams go when you restart the game, it doesn't affect how enjoyable the game is. I know it like the back of my hand because I've played it so many times. And at the time, it was great getting to trade all those Johto Pokemon to Ruby/Sapphire since you had no other means of obtaining them. This game is also, no questions asked, my favorite spin off.

Total agreement with Sydian. I still have that issue too. My favorite one in fact. It introduced with me to this game and Harvest Moon: A wonderful life. So I appreciate it for that.

I love the game itself so much. The characters were my favorite. The Under was my favorite city in the series short of Olivine and the story was solid.

Best game ever.
