[Developing] Pokemon Conexus

Since I was a child it's always been a dream of me to make a proper Pokemon game that people would enjoy, so last month I started making a pokemon game that I now call : "Pokemon Conexus". At first I was planning on making the game in my own way, but after some time I realized that it would be better to post my ideas online to get some suggestions for my game and maps.

The story of the game is going to be based around Looker, the police officer who always carried a lot of mystery in the Pokemon series. The game will start off with Future Looker telling a bedtime story to his son, about an old friend that helped him achieve the position he has now. That old friend being you, the player. Once Looker starts telling his story, you will begin the game, with him narrating over several parts throughout your adventure.

-I don't really want to spoil the story, but here are some things that are going to be included :

:t201-a: Two major governments, one of them trying to take over the region and create total chaos.
:t201-b: Cartels trying to dominate the economy.
:t201-c: Joining the police!
:t201-d: Multiple endings.
:t201-e: Every gym leader and elite four member will have their own crucial role in the story, also having their own personality and battle theme.
:t201-f: Several legendary and non-legendary Pokemon will play a big part in the story.
:t201-g: Some of the previous villains in Pokemon games will return with a minor role.

The Meyuca Region is based of Cuba and the surrounding countries/Island groups Jamaica, The Bahamas and Mexico. (NOTE: map isn't final)

There have always been mysteries surrounding Looker during the pokemon series. In this game
you will uncover the story behind Looker and how he became a Police officer.

Name: Spreek
Type: Grass
Species: Leek
Ability: Chlorophyll, Leaf Guard
Location: They can be found in most open spaces in the Meyuca Region.

Pokedex Entry: Everyday at 12 p.m. they gather themselves in groups to absorb sunlight together. They are terribly afraid of Farfetch'd, who often mistake them for their stalk.

:t201-a: Doing rescue missions for citizens to earn cash.
:t201-b: Aside from the normal encounter system, I will add a separate encounter system where the Pokemon are visible in the overworld. These Pokemon will chase you down, Flee from you or have a fixed path. Touching these Pokemon will result in a wild battle with that Pokemon.
:t201-c: Secret passageways all over the region where you can find rare Pokemon.
:t201-d: Pokemon Followers (Will be implemented after the story is done)
:t201-e: Multiple Fakemon will be added to the game in the future.

I'd love to see how his turns out. And joining the police? That sounds like a pretty interesting idea.

Hmmm interesting concept of having a story about the Locker. Hopefully it's gets into the development stage!

Hmm the concept is so different from the other games, I kinda like it though. I hope that this game will make it till the end of the development stage. So hyped to catch a spreek you know.
