Pokemon Coverage Calculator
"image removed"
So last year I started a project to make a Pokemon Type Coverage Calculator because Team Magma's didn't tell you what Offensive Coverage you had. It only told you what offensive move types you had, rather than tell you what your moves were effective against. I decided to flesh it out to a full Coverage Calculator with Defensive and Stat Calculation. It is currently under Beta, and needs help in development the listed help is on this post."image removed"

Pokemon Move Learnsets 87/732
Basically this is just copying+pasting the Learnsets from Pokemon into Excel and from there into a .txt file. The problem is... you need to do this 732 times. I don't think I can manage that too well. I've done all Pokemon up to #80 with their evolutions & pre-evolutions from other Regions included as well totalling to 87.
How to do it:
Spoiler:
- Go onto Pokemondb.net, open up the Pokemon Page on what you're copying+pasting.
- Copy+Paste all moves on that page onto an Excel Worksheet
- Delete everything except for the Move's Name
- Go to the Data Tab in Excel and click "Remove Duplicates"
- Copy+Paste the List under the Pre-Evolution's list and Remove Duplicates, and Take Back anything that belonged to the Evolved Pokemon.
- Copy+Paste the List into a Text file with the same value as the Pokemon's Dex Number (Pokemon with different forms will have a letter or 2 next to it, look at the Database for that information).
- Make sure to use "![Hidden Power]" instead of just "Hidden Power". (This will add all Hidden Power-[Type])
- To reference the pre-evolution put the "![" at the beginning and the Dex Number of the pre-evolution after.

This one's a matter of using the program, and trying every possible combination you can think of. Yeah... you can see why 1 person can't do it efficiently enough. All you need to do is use the program and report the programs with a screenshot. The download for the program is in the attachments.
What to Report:
Spoiler:
Error Messages/Syntax Error: Screenshot the Error Message and then type in what you were doing. (The program will give you a new window telling that an error had appeared.)
Logic Error: Screenshot the issue and type in what you did to get into this error. (The program will not notify you of these. These are issues that you have to spot yourself. Such as while Bulbasaur is one of your Pokemon but a Fire weakness is not listed.)
Runtime Error: Where the Program is doing something that takes forever. (You should rarely encounter these, as I will take care of these before releasing the next version. But say you press the "Calculate" button and then nothing works.)
