Pokemon Crystal Romhacking Help

Hey everyone, Karat here. I have tried romhacking for years, and I still don't understand code too well. However, I do understand a lot about Pokemon gen 3 romhacking since it's very easy to do.

One big challenge I have is trying to romhack a gen 2 game, like Pokemon Gold, Silver, or Crystal. I seen some very successful romhacks like Pokemon Prism and Pokemon Liquid Crystal, I'm unsure how those are made. What tools can I use to make my own Pokemon gen 2 romhack and have it stand out?

Hi, I recommend using the pokecrystal disassembly. Working with the disassembly will give you more benefits, it's also the most modern way.
