    For the Titlescreen: You could work a bit more on the font you used for the "CRYTSAL VERSION".
    Maybe coloring it a bit more like the font from the original Crystal game.
    Centering it would look better too.
    Also the nose of the Suicune is cut off.

    For the Maps:
    You have to work on the Maps a lot.
    Like smoothening the borders of the Path area.

    Also the Signpost in the 3rd Screen on the Path area looks out of place.
    You should change it's background layer to the Path pattern if you want to use it.

    Also using a different pattern for the tree areas will work wonders.

    And last but not least, the areas look too empty.
    Adding something like flowers or flowerpots could usefully fill the place. (Don't overdo it, though.)

    It's a nice start so far.
    But you should try to work on the mentioned things.
