Dooku, as much as I hate to sound like a tool... I really don't think you've really got the knowledge or skills to create a fan game. Given that you don't have a game development program, don't even know what RMXP is and can't carry out simple operating system tasks, I'd really recommend perhaps learning a bit more before undertaking something like this. Getting tons of other people to fill all the development roles isn't the right way to go, either.

1. Read the rules of the Game Dev section; it tells you about the different programs you can use.
2. You don't need to download anything to make sprites; Windows comes with Microsoft Paint which is a very good spriting program. There are several more advanced graphics programs freely downloadable which have no viruses, such as GIMP or Paint.NET.

The fact that it took you over six months to download a simple program makes me doubt that any progress has been made, or will be made in the near future, on this project. You also revived a topic past the two month period where that is allowable...
