wonjoon0330, I have a question. Do I have a certain time to make my other challenges? Or can I take my time to build a NU/UU/ubers team and then challenge the corresponding gym?

You can challenge whenever you want so take your time to make the best team you can! ^^

But make sure to not to challenge any gym leaders until you have proper team because if you challenge gym leader and don't battle within next 3 days then you can get deleted from challenging same gym for 2 weeks!

Oh rule was random when I was NU Leader and since dragonomega is NU Leader now he's rule is 1 on 1 Single Battle or 2 on 2 Double Battle(Challenger's Choice) ^^

You can only do 1 on 1 in NU GYM so are you going to challenge NU GYM or OU GYM(6 on 6 Single Battle)?

It was originally a challenge to me, then switched to the NU gym, and now back to me it seems.
I blame myself for it though. I didn't reply soon enough, so changing gyms isn't surprising.

I'm swamped with challenges lol
