Yeah
by what i've experienced that is correct, in fact you have to rechallenge for your second match within a week after the first one or you get deleted from that gym for a week (basically a forfeit)

Hey, you gotta follow the rules. if you want to challenge a leader then you have to fill out a form and stuff. All the rules are on the front page.

You failed to post your username, and friend code, and which Gym Leader you wish to challenge.
You were supposed to put every information in one post but all you did was just put 2 out of 3 information over multiple posts.
XDLugia isn't supposed to accept the challenge and until now I've been giving challenger the badge anyway whenever Gym Leaders made the mistake but that's going to change now.
I'll be harsh to Challenger now, and I'll be even more harsh to staff members including myself.
So sorry, since you did not follow the rule and didn't bother to waste 5 minutes of your time to read the rules, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BADGE.
However, since XDLugia took your challenge without checking if you writed right forms of sign ups, you will not be deleted for 2 weeks so if you post the right form of sign ups next time, you can battle XDLugia for OU Badge again.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
From now on, Challenger who does not read the rule and did not post their username, FC, and Gym Leaders they wish to challenge in one post, the challenge will NOT COUNT and Challenger will be Deleted from our League for 2 weeks.
Also, if Gym Leaders accepts challenge from challenger who didn't follow the rules, they will get infraction(strike) and same goes for Gym Leaders who was in the spot, but gives wrong advice to Challengers.
So, Dreamboat Dixon's win over XDLugia will NOT count.

Did not read the league rules, therefore, did not give challenger the right advice nor alert the fellow Gym Leader(XDLugia) that he's accepting illegible challenges.
XDLugia [Strike 1]
Reason: Accepted illegible challenge. Did not check the challenge form.
Strike 3 and you're OUT.
Strike will be reset in beginning of the every month.
First person who received 3 Strike will be forced to RETIRE and angelteama will replace him.
If angelteama refuses to take the role of Gym Leader than our League will be closed PERMANENTLY.
If there's another person in the league who received 3 Strike, then League will be automatically closed FOREVER.
I can replace one person with other person who's already in the league, but I will not replace second person because I really want do this together with you guys and if I can't, mind as closing down the entire league.
It wasn't like this until couple weeks ago, I don't know why but I've been seeing half asses attitude from staffs of the league including myself.
We have to pull ourself together and we have to follow the rule that we agreed upon and created together.
Without rules, this league will be dead as other leagues in PC because it can't be managed properly anymore.
Do me a favor, please read the rule at least 3 times and after that, re-read the rule once a day, it's not that hard and it takes no time and effort what so ever.

And if you don't know the rule, just don't get involved at all, I mean you didn't had to reply to Dreamboat Dixon today and if you haven't you wouldn't have receive your 2nd strike.
And if you really read the rule like I asked you to, you would've immediately know that you need "Username", "FC", "Gym Leader" in one post to get legit challenge.
