Crystal hack: Pokemon: Cubic Crystal (first hack, complete and playtested)

Hey Jay first of all God bless you for making this amazing hack. Secondly are you planning or have you already made changes to moves like Rock Throw and other stone type moves with a bit low ACC? This ACC from the original game kind of hurts me in certain fights when it fails. I'm asking about this because I checked the moves list and didn't find any rock moves in there.
