    help? >.< where i can get the pokemon called Cuboo (its that small polar bear)

    Cubchoo is available in Twist Mountain. Higher chance to catch one during winter I believe. But they are in Twist Mountain all year round.
     
    Even during the summer, they seem to appear more frequently in the room with the ice rock in it (the one that helps Eevee evolve into Glaceon). May just be a coincidence, but I got Cryogonal then as well.
