Pokemon D/P/PT Baby Pokemon Challenge

In order to complete this challenge, you must work your way through either Pokemon Diamond, Pearl OR Platinum with Pokemon that are in the 'Baby Pokemon' Catagory(Listed Below).

Rules

1. You CAN use more than one Pokemon
(As using just one Baby Pokemon would be nearly impossible however, you can use one if you want a real challenge)
2. You can only use pokemon from the list below
3. You CAN cheat in order to get your pokemon (Action Replay/Gameshark ect.)
4. You MUST have your pokemon before the 2nd Gym (Gardenia)
5. It would be great if you could update your progress regularly
6. The challenge ends once you have beaten the Elite four.
7. Emulators ARE allowed
8. Do not rush, it's not a race.
9. You CAN choose the same pokemon as other people
10. NO Legenderies allowed
11. You CANNOT evolve any of your chosen Baby Pokemon.
12. Most Importantly, Enjoy!

So by legendary, I'm assuming we can't use Phinoe? :cer_disbelief:
*If one were to try this challenge, I wish you luck. Baby Pokémon are hard to play with.

Hmm, but then again, the HG/SS guide book did mention the fact that Phinoe is not a legendary due to it's reproductive abilities.
But that would make Lugia a non-legend Pokémon as well but that's a different story...
